Maintenance

maintenance. Many standard preventive maintenance steps
can extend the life of a computer system as well as
reduce downtime over the life of the system.

service contracts are designed to provide you with a
highly skilled technician to be on-site as many hours
per month as your organization requires. Because the
same technician visits your site on every trip they
become familiar with your organizations systems allowing
them to respond more quickly to problems as well as
advise you on future technical decisions for your organization.
Our technicians can help setup and maintain your systems
and networks as well.
We
have several rate plans available, allowing you to pick
the right level of service for your needs. We will also
customize our contracts to fit your individual needs

brief recap of our service plans:
PER VISIT PLAN:
Small monthly commitment includes unlimited phone support
and 1 onsite visit per quarter for routine maintenance
and system check.

• Technician onsite service call SR: 30/hour
• Technician offsite service/research SR: 25/hour
• Network onsite service call SR: 40/hour

MONTHLY PLAN:
Monthly commitment includes unlimited phone support
and onsite visit whenever is required.

5 – 10 PCs SR: 40 per PC per month
• 11 – 20 PCs SR: 35 per PC per month
• 21 – 50 PCs SR: 30 per PC per month
• 51 – 80 PCs SR: 25 per PC per month
• 81 – 99 PCs SR: 20 per PC per month
• 100 or more PCs SR: 15 per PC per month
Included
in this contract page are the following services:
•
1 monthly maintenance and system check visit.
• 1 servicing and clean up of on-site printers
session.
• 1 monthly networking equipment examination.

Saturday through Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

and can handle almost all computer and network problems.
Another advantage of the service contract is that your
organization will be able to draw upon the knowledge
of our entire team of specialists. If your regularly
scheduled technician cannot solve the problem or answer
your question, they can call on another member of our
team for assistance. Our service contracts also help
save your organization money because our service contracts
offer a reduced rate when compared to the hourly service
rate.
